August Family Update

The main and BIG thing that happened to us this in August is Cali Jo Kubinski made an early arrival.  She was born August 17, 2013 at 5:38 am.  It was an early and fast delivery.  I will be doing a birth story post soon.  Another exciting thing that happened in August is Joshua hit his 3 year mark in the U.S. Navy.  Along with hitting his 3 year mark he received his good conduct medal aka his "good cookie" medal. The actual receiving of it will be sometime in September. 




Cooper is doing good as big brother. He's always been good at sharing but now hes learning how to be "gentle" with his sissy.  The first few days he didn't pay much attention to her and he kept doing his own thing. He gives her kisses and doesn't show much jealousy other then when Daddy is holding her. Cooper is such a Daddy's boy!
And he just gives me puzzled looks when i'm nursing her. Maybe he is starting to remember it as a distant memory.... or he doesn't remember it at all and is really confused as why we do it.  Not really sure :p
Wish he could tell me! We are working on his vocabulary. His newest development in August learning how to climb. He is constantly climbing everything. Including the dining room table.
